Says quota is full even though I've deleted lots of messages, emptied Trash and Sent folders. No change?

I was at 80%, so started deleting emails, and emptying the trash. It went up to 95%, and is now at 100%, even though there should be a lot fewer emails?!?

Shirley2900, This should be solved, and you did show over quota. You should not any longer. You do have 3500 emails in the inbox. You can see the big ones by sorting. Click the size icon  at the top of the inbox. It will sort smallest to largest. Click again and the largest will be at the top. If you don't need to keep then you can delete them.

Why wasn't it changing when I was deleting emails, though? I deleted hundreds, and it didn't change.

I am not sure, but when I looked after your first post, I saw that you were over 50mb above quota after deleting, so it looks like it had allowed you more than it should have and then realized it, but I am not sure why. If you see the new quota, please keep a watch to see if it appears to go down. I did run some scans on the box and it was reporting as no errors.

I am also having this quote issue. I have deleted all inbox and deleted folder files yesterday and now have a quota warning saying I am at 90% again. That isnot reasonable. I expect to  have a reasonable amount of storage space with my business account! How can this be corrected?
