When using Roundmail I receive emails that contain a link (from Intuit) that I need to click on but the link is not present. I can see the link when I login through other mail clients like Outlook but I need to be able to access that link through Roundcube. Any ideas?

Go to the settings > preferences. Under displaying messages make sure you have it set to HTML. You probably also want to do that for composing messages.

It's checked and the composing has "always". this is not the problem- these settings were correct. by the way Microsoft thinks your website is unsafe.

I sent a message with a link and the link came through. I saw on a couple of existing messages there were clickable links too. One was from Intuit.

What site does Microsoft think is unsafe and what is the message? What are you doing when you get this message?

When I clicked on the link within your email message that has "View Comment" (see website link above) Microsoft has that it is unsafe and the page turns red.

I can click on the links if I am using my Mail app within Microsoft but when I login using a web browser and login to RoundCube, the links are not there.

When I travel to my client's offices I login to my email using RoundCube from their computers web browsers and I need to be able to access those links.

The message I sent was from Homestead support, and the link was to http://www.homestead.com. It was not a community email.

When you say Microsoft, are you talking about Internet Explorer? or Edge?
