Roundcube isn't showing my sent emails

I just switched over to Roundcube and it is not showing my sent emails.  This is a huge problem.  I looked at a post from 4 years ago about fixing that problem, but the steps don't seem correct.  I don't get the same options as described when I look at settings.

There should be 2 folders. The "Sent" folder will have only messages that you have sent from Roundcube. The "Sent Items" folder should have all the old messages in it. If you don't see this, please tell me which email address and I can look into it.

There are 2 folders, but neither shows my recently sent emails.  I sent several yesterday and a couple this morning.  I am using only webmail.  The email I'm having problems with is amy@hollandbankruptcy.com.  The other email I use is working fine.

OpenExchange used the "Sent Items" folder, but RoundCube uses the "Sent" folder. There was an issue with how the sent folder was mapped, but it should be working now.

I'm having the same problem. Nothing since Monday in "Sent Items" or "Sent Message", and I have sent many.

Do you use Webmail only? or do you use Outlook or some other program?

They may not have saved because of the subfolders. I will see if I can figure that out.

roundcube is showing my sent messages from my desktop but not my android phone now?

DId you use POP or IMAP on the phone? Are you using the stock email client? If so, you may want to try k-9. It integrates much better.
