What email address? They should be in a folder called "Sent Items"

The transfer from Roundcube is extremely delayed to my Outlook.  I blamed outlook but why do items send (really) and stay in the outgoing folder for almost ever- also.  The 2-way communication to verify is slower or Not happening, that would "release" that Que.  I've had emails in/out that were so late, I got in trouble.

Roundcube and Outlook don't talk to each other. The back end of the mail software has not changed in several years. Roundcube is just an interface to send/receive mail, just like Outlook is. How is your Outlook set up? When you send from Outlook, it would normally just connect and send the message. It should happen pretty quickly, but I do believe Outlook has settings that can affect that. If you log in to Roundcube and send from there, is the message sent and received right away?

jonmay@jonmayart.com  all of the previous sent emails were transferred over and are in a sent folder just above the spam folder.  There is another sent folder underneath the inbox and keep folder that is empty and I assume is where the sent emails should go.

You can't have sub folders in the special folders. You can use the settings to specify sent items go to any folder.

Give me step by step in settings.  I have already tried but the direction isn't there.
what do you mean by special folders.  If you go into settings then folders then you see the sent folder which is the only box not checked. if you try to check it you get -Server Error: SUBSCRIBE: Mailbox doesn't exist: INBOX.Sent (0.001 + 0.000 secs).

I replied to your other topic. The messages are there in the sent items. The exact number as the Open Xchange.

Thank you Drew! I have it solved.

Hi Drew, I could not view my Sent Emails. This is how I solved it.

There is no Sent Folder it is now called the SENT ITEMS. When I reply to an email I have to each time check the top right box and choose SAVE SENT MESSAGE IN SENT ITEMS and not the automatic that Roundcube has it on which is SAVE SENT MESSAGE IN SENT. Yay! Louise
