roundcube email reporting is messed up

I got an email this morning saying my mailbox is 90% full. I access my domain email accounts from Outlook.  So I deleted a bunch of stuff.  A few minutes later I get an email that says my mailbox is 95% full.  So I log into roundcube which says my mailbox is 74% full.
This is the second time this has happended in the last few months.

Hello,

I would recommend deleting emails directly from Roundcube to adjust the storage usage, this will remove them off the server. The mailbox comes with 500mb of storage by default but we do offer storage upgrade if you need. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/email-box-quota-upgrades

I've had the same problem, so a few days ago I upgraded my email to 5gb for both emails that I have.  Roundcube sent me another email today saying my mailbox was 90% full.  When I checked, the mailbox is at 74% and my mailbox storage is still at 500mg.  Can you please help me with updating my system to the 5gb?  Thanks,

You are welcome. The add on can only be applied to one box. However, if you want to upgrade both boxes you can do 2 2gb add ons and apply one to each box if you want to do that.

You are welcome. I have removed the 5gb add on, added 2 2gbs and applied it to the boxes. You should see the storage quota update in a couple minutes.
