Roundcube email not receiving emails since friday

I am not recieving emails to my inbox or another account we have since Friday, it says I have 9% used and 12% on the other account.  I have deleted the trash.  Not sure what else to do.

I haven't been receiving emails either.   Sunday nite and this morning, I've been sending emails to my sales@meshbelt.com but they are not coming through.   My last email that came thru was March 17th at night.
