It depends on how you added the photo to the page. If you just clicked Insert > Image then you'll see an option on the right side in the properties editor that will allow you to edit/rotate the image.  However, if you've added the image into the photo gallery element or the image scroller, you can't rotate the image. You'll have to ope the image on your computer, rotate it to the desired orientation, save it, and re-import it back into the SiteBuiilde.

Hi Terry4676,

You might need to open the image in Paint make sure it is oriented correctly and save it as a new image, preferably as a different type.  Switch jpg to png, or the reverse.  Then add the new image to the site.

This Homestead program has become so lame. Rotate a picture is BASIC!! I can't do it either on this degraded Homestead program. It used to be such a great website.

If it won't rotate using the Sitebuilder rotate feature, then do what Drew said above. If it won't rotate in Sitebuilder then there's some sort of embeded coding in the picture that is controlling the orientation.  If you change/rename the file with a different extension ie jpg, jpeg etc, and resave it, it will fix the problem.
