This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled My website cannot be accessed. What's going on?.

My website is not accessible. I've tried laptop, Mac, and smart phone. I logged in and the content is still there. I re-published to see if that would do anything. Still nothing. Checked billing and my account is in good standing. Assuming this is a Homestead issue but don't see any alerts regarding sites being down. Need to know why my site is not accessible. Thanks!

I was having issues loading email and then uploading reconfigured pages with Sitebuilder Desktop. I then tried loading my website and received the screenshot shown. What is this about?

Thanks

I start an original post requesting info on Error 520 I am receiving while loading my site. That message has now been merged with the "Sitebuilder Plus Live not working" issue. Does this mean all of Homestead Site Builders are in operative??????????

Both the websites I manage are also down again today.  Cannot access either of them on any browser.  This has been happening somewhat frequently recently.

It might be caching on your end. This site took less than a second to load on my browser.

You can clear cache on your browser, but you can also experience caching through your ISP. If clearing your browser cache does not work, you can try resetting your router. Sometimes it just takes time, though.
Your websites are still pulling up fine on my end.

Stinger I was able to pull up your site with no issues.

Joe9732 I was able to pull up both of your sites with no loading issues.

At this point, it is most likely caching. You can clear cache on your browser, but you can also experience caching through your ISP. If clearing your browser cache does not work, you can try resetting your router. Sometimes it just takes time, though.

Hello,

All 3 of those sites are working on my end. I pulled them up on my work computer and on my phone which is not connected to Homestead in any way. If you cannot see them on your end, this would be due to caching.

Thank you, E. Yes, I discovered that they ARE up when I visited them via my cell connection instead of via my home network. I've restarted my router, I've cleared all cookies and cache in my browser (Firefox) to no avail. What else can I try? Thanks. JPZ

It might be caching through your ISP. Restarting the router sometimes fixes this, but if it did not, unfortunately it will just take some time to clear. Rest assured, though, your site visitors will be able to see your site!

My site is still down as well, http://newprospect.homestead.com/SkillsPortal.html - I've tried from my mobile and it does not pull up there either so this isn't a cache issue.

Ok, I'm trying to investigate an issue where iPhones are not able to view Homestead sites. Are the other people in your office trying to access the site also using iPhones?
Do you have anyone there with an Android phone? If so, can you have them try to access the site?

No, everyone else is trying to access from computers (inside and outside the office). We are having no issues reaching any other sites. I've even tried opening sites that other people in this thread have posted and I can't get to theirs either. I've cleared my cache on my computer and tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

Website operating fine.... thank you!   But Sitebuilder Desktop is taking 10 minutes to upload page revisions. Is this due to the current scenario? I have exited and relaunched in hopes of clearing the issue and it did not work.  And upon completion, the auto-page launch provides no preview and is trying to load this url:

....."www.homestead.com/~site/Scripts_Login/Login.dll?CMD=CMDLowIntegrityLogin&TARGET=http%3A%2F%2Fwww....

We have heard some reports of slowness in Sitebuilder Plus. It is possible that it is also affecting Sitebuilder Desktop.

It is not. Within the url it shows my site hurleybyrd. com...... and the target page Big_Honkin_Bird_Feeders but I have never seen this url before.  My page is operating properly and I will check to see if the SiteBuilder is working correctly now. It takes about 20 minutes to load though. Hang in there with me.
