Reports of Server Errors logging into Homestead, SSL errors logging into Roundcube

5:30 PM MST: We have reports that some customers are experiencing a Server Error 404 when logging into Homestead.com, and about a privacy error received when connecting to https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/ or via a mail client program.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will post updates as soon as they are received.

7:45 PM MST: The issue has been identified, and engineers are working to apply the fix. 

We thank you for your patience, and will continue to provide updates as they received.

9:15 PM MST: All issues are resolved, and we will continue to monitor and post and additional updates here.

Your SSL certificate for the webmail system expired today 3/5/20 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time.  Please get it renewed ASAP.  I'm getting "Cannot Verify Server Identity" errors on my iPhone for that email account.  Also when I tried to login in to my website account on Homestead I was getting a 404 error after logging in even though my website is up and running!  What else is going haywire today???

same thing here.. can't believe how small things are not being updated ontime .. this is reactive rather than proactive.

My phone has basically been useless for the last 3 hours because of the constant popups about the certificate being expired. Way to drop the ball homestead....

Quick fix to bring back your sanity:
May have a workaround if using your phone its the ssl certificate that you can toggle off, that will then bypass their lack of having a valid certificate. Sorry only found it for iphone:
Disable SSL on Iphone

Click on Settings
Click on Mail, Contacts and Calendars
Under Accounts Select your Email Account
Click on your Account again
Scroll to the bottom of the account screen and click on Advanced
Scroll to the bottom and under Incoming Settings Use SSL turn that off
Make sure Authentication is set to Password
Click on <Account in the upper left hand corner
Click Done again
Now you click to go back to your home screen
(Repeat this for all homestead accounts on your phone)
