It has come to our attention that Spamcop, a 3rd party spam blocking service, is blocking some of our IP addresses. We are working with them to find a solution, but until then, you may get a bounceback on outgoing email. Please try to resend the email every hour until it is not bounced.

Numerous emails being returned from Spamcop.  They're reporting as spam.   
Someone else I see has posted this in the questions forum, but i wanted to report this as a problem.   It was sporadic last week but I could get some through if i waited and resent the email.  But as of yesterday none of my resent emails are going thru. They're all being blocked by spamcop.

New emails being sent out should not be blocked. Any emails that were already  blocked will need to be sent again until they go through.

I see all of these are 3 days ago.  I'm still receiving the blocked message but only from ONE isp.  I can receive from them, but I can't send.  Are you still working on this or is my problem unique?

Your issue would be unique, the spamcop issue was not just one ISP. That ISP would need to whitelist your email address. Please have one of the recipients that are not receiving your email request that they whitelist you.

Is this related?  I am not receiving any emails at all on Round Cube or emails directed to Gmail or Outlook on my phone or desktop.  Sent mail looks fine.

No, that is not the same issue. This is an issue with the mailbox that I will need to submit a ticket to get resolved. I will let you know when this is fixed.

We've got a similar issue. It seems the ip address that our company's email server is hosted from is blacklisted IP address on this website: http://emailadmin.registeredsite.com/ 
When you type in our IP address 66.96.186.2  it gives a message that I'll screenshot and include in this post. They ask for the server providers to please fill out the form and have the IP unblacklisted. Can that be taken care of ASAP? Some of our clients cannot receive emails from us and haven't for weeks now. Thank you.

when opening up my email account on my phone I get this message below:

ERROR 4773: The Roundcube Plus skin cannot find a needed html element.

This could mean that your Roundcube is not running properly or it is not compatible with the skin. Disable the xskin plugin in config.inc.php and refresh this page to check if there are any errors.
