I have 7 accounts and close to 1000 websites with Homestead and have so far this morning lost over $500 because they're servers are down. I understand this stuff happens, especially with a low cost company like them, but had they sent an email out to customers as soon as there was an issue, I could have paused my clients adwords accounts and saved them and me money. Not to mention all the time I wasted calling in for them to tell me theres an issue and they are working on it. SHEESH this company.

Odd. Sites I have on the desktop version and SB+ come up. Sites created with WebsiteBuilder don't and I'm unable to access Website Manager.

This is not "some" this is all sites.  These sites have been down at the very least 5 hours ago, and there has been no update!  Someone please update us.

It's been down all day. Losing substantial business.

The old homestead.com sites work just fine. It's the new homesteadCLOUD.com sites that don't work

On mobile it says "This page isn't working" the site is currently unable to handle this request http ERROR 500

On desktop it says 504 Gateway Time-out
nginx

When I login to my homestead account to edit it says

You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later.

The cloud sites worked for about 5 minutes an hour ago and I thought it was fixed but it's back to not working

The engineers are working with partner companies to resolve the issue. I am sorry, but I do not have an ETA at this time. We will get this going as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

Hi Drew Anything new? Sites have been down all day just lost a potential sponsor as they stated "how can you have a production company and no website on your company or the movie that you are trying to get me to back" ...so today is a bust for me...I know you stated the problem is being worked on but can we get some type of update.

I am sorry, I do not have details just now. I am trying to get some from the engineers, but they are still working on this.

8 hours later and it's still down. I'm hopeful I can generate some revenue for at least a few hours today, otherwise the business has essentially been shut down due to this issue and my daily revenue is basically zero. I hope the folks at Homestead understand how this issue is more than a partner/system issue and it's a huge deal to their customers whose livelihood depends on it. The cost of Homestead is great but the cost of losing an entire day of business is way more.
