Site has been down for over an hour. My customers are calling to see what the issue is as they try to place orders. Is there a server issue? If so what is the eta for it being fixed?

It isn't your site. It is a webhost(Homestead) problem. We are experiencing the same problem. Our website won't load.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue that was being reported but my Sitebuilder is not launching so I am unable to edit my website.  The website itself is loading online but the editor is what is not working.  The message "SiteBuilderLPXLauncher.exe has stopped working" quickly flashes up on the screen and goes off again and the editor doesn't launch.  This has been since at least Friday.  Is this the issue being worked on or is there some way I can resolve this on my own?  I deleted the SiteBuilder and re-installed it again but to no avail.  It's now Sunday afternoon and it's still not working.  Please help.

Try clicking this link below and download the J# set up. Run the program, and when prompted, click the repair option.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=4712

If this doesn't fix it, then run the same download again and click the uninstall option. Then download the J# 2nd edition from the link below, depending on your computer's version.

I made a couple of minor changes to my site and it is gone!   Been down for a couple of weeks and getting help isn't nearly as easy as it was originally.
