Since the transition to big commerce and subsequent change in my URL address to drop the word homestead, my on line sales have dropped 75% over the past 3 weeks. Homestead claims there is a repoint to the new address but obviously it has not taken effect 100 percent of the time. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can do to get the new URL more recognized? Homestead should NEVER have changed our URL addresses, there was no point in doing that... could have still been served by big commerce. Please help, HudsonGoods.com
