We rebuilt our NarrowGaugeCountry.com website using the new platform and it looks great.  The major glitch I am having,  is when you search for our business online with a PHONE.  Do that, and you get the old Duda  m.narrowgaugecountry.com redirect link for mobile.  When you click on the link, it takes you to a 404 error page that no longer exists and there is no way for a potential client to get to us from that page.  It is a dead end.

I believe the answer is in the Sub-domain part of our HS back end, but I have no idea how to get rid of it.

Can anybody tell me how to fix that issue?  There is an option on the sub-domain panel to reset everything to default settings.  That sounds like it COULD work, but I am not sure.

Here is a link to a screenshot of our DNS settings.  https://www.screencast.com/t/Aw8o7h2A10I  f you can tell me what needs to change there and how, I would be grateful!

This is the  DNS address  146.148.102.201 that takes people to the dead 404 error page.  Can I just delete those two lines (line 10 and 11)?

The new builder mobile site came up for me. Do you still see an issue? It might have just been propagating.

Hi Drew,

You are right, it will come up on my mobile.  BUT if you do a google search for "Corporate Party Bands in Colorado" for example the listing will come up with a link to m.narrowgaugecountry.com.  That link takes you to a dead 404 error page.  I talked with GoDaddy, they host our domain,  and they said the issue is on the server side.  It has to be something I can fix/change, I just don't know how.

This is because search engines had your mobile URL indexed and cached. It will update when your site gets crawled again. You can speed up the process with Google if you create a webmaster tools account and use the fetch as google tool, which requests that Google crawl your site again. With the new builder the URL stays the same on desktop and mobile, there is no redirect to m.domainname, so the search result does in face take you to a page that no longer exists. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to tell search engines it is time they crawl the site. It will happen naturally, in time, and Google Webmaster tools can help speed it up. I believe Bing has a similar tool, but I do not know what it is called.

HI Drew,

Thanks!  I just went to webmaster tools and requested they crawl the site.  Thanks for the help!
