I noticed a recommendation to choose "Optimized One-Page Checkout." I had been using "Single-Page Express Checkout." When I made the change, the coupon/gift box returned (I had it previously removed). Gift certificates are disabled in the Marketing area. Is there any way to get rid of this? I don't want customers spending valuable time trying to hunt down non-existent codes in CouponCabin and such. Thank you!

Hello,

From an article I found in BigCommerce support, that setting is only available to turn off through Optimized One-Page Checkout

Hi, thank you for your reply. I did try that, but whether it's toggled on or off, it still shows up, just a bit differently.

It shows up as a link, right? That is how BigCommerce says it will appear under the Optimized One-Page Checkout. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to change that. It is how they have it set up for all stores.
