I just received an email saying my domain name registration has failed and to contact the HELP section. This happened the last time I tried to register a domain name through Homestead. It took 4 days of trying to contact Homestead to fix it.The domain name I want is available on other sites so why can't I get it on Homestead? I live in Australia so don't have much opportunity for live chat with your people because of the time difference. I hope I can get some speedy help.

According to ICANN regulations you may not put NA in the contact information for the State or Postal code. These must be filled out. I made the state QL and the postal code 4224 which is what I found online.

Now, how do I attach it to my website I've been working on? Don't you do that automatically?

It attached to kwaya.org. I am changing it for you now. It can take up to 30 minutes. Also for the future, you can move domains to different sites by changing the site association.

I made what seemed like a reasonable assumption on the site I moved it to, but if I was wrong, use the linked topic to move it correctly.

Drew, I don't know what has happened. Please help fix the following.

1. When I go into edit my website www.kwaya.org it now shows my halofeathers.com website. How do I get it back to the kwaya website? You said you attached halo feathers to kwaya.org which was incorrect, it should obviously have been attached to halofeathers. The halofeathers.com site is all ok and attached to the right domain name.

2. When I view my website www.kwaya.org it shows as if on zoom. See attached screen shot. I have had this website for years and never had a problem. It is as though you changed the format of the website when you wrongly attached my new halo feathers websites to it.

kwaya.org is in the middle of organising a big tour. We need it fixed immediately!
