I would like my ipswmo.com domain redirected to ipescreening.com. Both domains are registered by me but ipescreening.com is hosted by Siteground. How do I redirect ipswmo.com to ipescreening.com from the Homestead account panel?

Do you want to point it? Can the host of ipescreening.com attach more than 1 domain to the website. If so, they should be able to provide you with the DNS records needed to point to the site. If you want ipswmo.com to redirect to ipescreening.com(less attractive to search engines) then on your domains tab at the sub domains section locate the www subdomain and click Edit to the right. Select the radio button for other URL and enter ipescreening.com in there. Save it. It might take a little time for it to propagate.

Thank you for your reply Drew. I hope you don't mind me asking another question since you brought up the pointing option. We have built a new site and want people to start using ipescreening.com as the default when they think of the company but we still have a lot of promotional items out there that have the ipswmo.com website address on them. We want to be sure that people are seeing the new website when they get online to learn more and also notice the URL change so I'm thinking a redirect would be appropriate. However, I don't want to lose any SEO value if we can help it. Do you still recommend pointing in this case?

If you want them to see the new domain in all cases, then the redirect would need to be used. If you point, then you will see the domain they originally typed in. With the redirect, over time, you will stop the promotional material and fewer and fewer people will find that domain. That does seem like the best option for you
