Emails are being shown as sent however it looks like not all emails are going through as I had several recipients state they are not receiving my emails. It seems this problem happens randomly as the recipients do receive some emails and other times not.

all emails I have had issues from are being sent from gabriel@castro-solutions.com

Hello,

I took a look at all of the outgoing emails for that address, and the only ones that show on our end are not delivering are to one address luis.castro@fall-pro.com. That company would need to whitelist your email address on their end so their server will stop blocking it. Other than that, the emails are leaving our server successfully.

Hi Elizabeth,

I am still being advised by several recipients that they are not receiving emails, other than fall pro.
I asked them to check junk and mail will not even deliver to that mailbox.

Anything else that can be done to make sure everyone is receiving my emails ?

Thank you

I checked all outgoing email from any email address connected to your domain for the last 30 days and I don't see any email that hasn't successfully left our server. This means any emails that are not going through are being blocked by the recipient. To prevent blocks like this, we do rotate the IP address used by your email address, but that is the only control we have over the issue. We can't prevent them from blocking emails. Unfortunately, this is an adverse affect to using email on a shared server.

We are working with the companies that we know are blocking our IPs, to get them to stop, but until this happens, I would recommend having any frequent contacts whitelist your address and to resend any that do not go through.
