We do understand the issue has not been resolved at this time. The mail administrators have requested that you provide the following information when you receive the duplicate message. Please comment on this topic with the email address the message was sent to and the source of the duplicate message. Do not post the source of the original, but of a duplicate. You can find the source by logging into webmail selecting the duplicate and then clicking on view source. Copy/paste that into your comment. We only need 1 duplicate, but you may submit 1 per email if desired. Please do not submit the same email more than once.

At this time, this is the only information we need. If we need something more, then we will post here again. When we have additional updates for you, we will also post here.
