Receive but can't send email

I am now on day 2 of being able to receive emails but I can't reply - it says ERRO18 and rejected by server whenever I try to send an email from my phone and from my computer - HELP!!!!

I have a problem sending emails but it's a bit different. Whenever I send an email it goes to the SENT folder and also to the DRAFT folder so I don't know if the email went out or if it's sitting there waiting for further action.
If I re-send it from the DRAFT folder ti appears twice in the SENT folder and twice in the DRAFT folder, so I still don't know if it went out or if it went out twice.
Any technical support listening??
This email service is about the worst I've ever experienced.

I'm having the same issue...I can receive emails in my outlook and web version but not send any...please help

the ERR018 means that there is some component of the email associate with spamming so it's blocking the email. We can further analyze it if you fill out the form here http://communityguidelines.homestead....
