reCaptcha coding. Big Commerce has just sent a message suggesting that anyone using a theme that does not already include reCaptcha coding might add their coding to the site. But I have no clue where to begin. Has anyone done this? Where do I go to do this?
Some templates may have been updated and you will see a note in the design section that says update available. If you do this, it should probably add the necessary stuff. However, updating the template will eliminate any custom coding you may have done.

We are amateur here. So we have not customized our shopping cart ever. We don't even know where to do these changes, so we know that we have not customized. I do not see any button to "UPDATE" this design within BigCommerce.

How to Upgrade
To add reCAPTCHA v2 support to a theme, you will need to update script references in three template files:
But I do not know where that is.... Code does not scare me... I just don't know where to do it. And I also do not know how to "back up" my current, so that if the coding goes wrong, I don't know how to back up to restore and try again. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
