I've been a 10 year customer of Homestead, from independent and caring about customers, through Intuit, and now whoever owns it. I've also seen the level of support - meaning you could talk to someone live - go from a good company to one that hides how to contact anyone, even by email. Now i find that my monthly bill jumped from 27.99 to 36.99 a month - WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR DISCUSSION ABOUT WHY. Does anyone know why? Are we getting anything for the 33% increase? Do you WANT us to leave? Do you have too many of those damn customers?
