Keep hitting quota on mailbox - how small is the quota?! I have 9 emails in my inbox, 12 archived emails and 47 emails in my trash. I hardly consider 68 excessive - I get more than that a day!

HI Pamela, I agree 68 doesn't sound a lot ( unless they are the complete works of shakespear)  It doesn't really matter size but content if they were graphic rich. Assuming not, are you using the new Roundcube or the older OX email. In either of these, check every single folder and subfolder, delete what's not wanted and then empty the trash. If your account has an email suit, then it will take one of the tech guys from Homestead to have a look at your email account to see where the problem is..

The limit is 500MB, but it is including all folders, not just the ones you mention. You have nearly 1000 messages in the sent items folder. You have a little over 300 messages in the Sent Messages folder. I did not add them all up, but there are quite a few sent items with attachments, several over 10 MB each. See if you can get rid of any of those.

Be sure to also check your Trash folder and empty it if you are needing space immediately.
