I have a question about renewing my website service. I noticed that there is a fee of $24 added to the total for "additional domain - annual" I do not understand what this is. In the past the total amt. for my bill has been $73.99 The total on this renewal is now $97.99 because of the additional $24.00 Would you please explain this to me.

I have also just had $12 added to my usual fee as well.  As one of your ORIGINAL subscribers since 2006, my payment was suppose to stay the same!!!

Sorry Julie0977, a few of the grandfathered packages slipped through on the increase. I see you were able to get this resolved on the phone.

Hiya ladies, Homestead announced an increase for all accounts a few months back, October 2016 I think ( some have posted they didn't get the email so your not alone) it was in increase of $2 per month. The increase was applied at the next billing date so those that paid monthly saw the increase the following month, yearly subscribers, like you and I, will see the yearly increase on the renewal anniversary. Hope that helps explain things but if you need more information One of the Homestead guys will be in here Friday morning .

Cindy4592, The $24 add on has always been there. The package you have does not include a domain name. Brian is correct the $24 increase is due to the $2 increase/month on the hosting package. That is the additional $24 you see for this year.
