I signed up today to add an e-mail address to my domain name.  When I try to send an email to the new address (angie@sacredshimmybellydance.com), I get a "Mail delivery failed" response with the text posted below.  I contacted the Help Chat about this and was told to delete the e-mail account and recreate it.  I did that but am still receiving the same error message.

Thank you, however, we still have problems.  I first tested the rick@4downtownshoes.com by forwarding the email from you back to the above address, that worked.  However, I have directed two additional emails to rick@4downtownshoes.com and they have not been received.

I am experiencing the same thing. I started using the email system on saturday. And mine still isn't working. I can send from both accounts just not receive :( which is a big problem

I set up new domain and email yesterday.  I can send email but cannot receive. I saw something when setting up about website index page but cannot find it again.  I think that may be the problem.  Also my domain URL doesnt work   www.kunzog.com   photo@kunzog.com
