Why am I missing many contacts in the new Roundcube?  Should they not all have been transferred from my Homestead e-mail (January 2018)?  Also, why doesn't search of the Roundcube contacts work?  That is, the "Search" capability finds no contacts even when I try a contact that is obviously present (first name or last name).

Which email is missing the contacts?

The "pimbley" e-mail is missing contacts.  Roughly 1,300 or so ARE there but many are missing.  I don't know what the pattern is for those that are missing.  My guess is that I'm missing on the order of 200.

Thanks again!  The Contacts.vcf is the information I was missing before (~300 contacts) that you've just sent.  Good!  That's what I need.  I don't now know how to read .vcf and get it into the Roundcube contacts, but I'll try to figure that out later.  At least they're not vaporized.

You can use the import in Roundcube. Just do not check the box that replaces the existing contacts and you should be good

Hi, I cannot delete any of my emails or any of my folders. I have over 2,100 emails that I need to organize by either keeping them, or deleting them. Also, many of my folders are empty and I need to delete them. But when I hit "delete" on any of my emails or folders all it says is "messages are marked." If I go to "more" and scroll down to "move to" I can move them to "trash" and then when I go to "trash" I cannot delete the "trash." Please HELP!

Drew, importing the contacts you gave me in the .VCF file appears to have worked well.  Thanks!  I did get a message saying 264 existing entries had been "skipped" while 51 others were successfully imported.  I take that to mean I had been missing the 51 and now I see I have them.  That's what I needed.  Also, I do now see that the Search within Contacts works for me.  I appreciate your time.

Ralph5573, are you logging into RoundCube when checking your emails? If you are marking these to be deleted from Outlook, I believe it allows some time for the deletion to process.

Drew, I am missing a ton of my cruise contacts as well. I had a distro list that I am needing ASAP. Can you send me an export from the old exchange server please? #911

Unfortunately, those servers have been removed. They are no longer accessible. I am very sorry.

So there is not way to recover our emails or contacts?

I am sorry. We had both servers running for quite some time, but in early February we had to turn Open Xchange off. I will not be able to get an export.
