Documents linked on page not opening. Different browsers have different results opening the same documents that were previously able to open. Is there something going on?

Hello,

There is no issues with opening documents currently.  What document are you having issues with? I can troubleshoot it and run some tests on my end.

The documents are on this page: https://fhea.org/forms
I am using goggle chrome and a co-worker has firefox as a browser. I re-linked many of them and they open now for me. Do you see anything strange?

I tested all the links on that page and the PDFs that open look to be the correct information in relation to the title. I am not seeing any issues with any of them. Were you able to see them all correctly?

Yes, I can open them now, my co-worker using Firefox is still having issues. This came up because members notified me that they couldn't open links on this page either. I guess you aren't aware of any problems with different browsers being incompatible or quirky with Homestead?

I also tested opening all those links in Firefox and I did notice something different. A couple of links do not open in a new tab but it does automatically download the pdf to the computer.  Unfortunately I cannot speak to why Firefox operates this way as different browsers have their own rules of operation but be ensured the pdf will be accessible to your customer as it does save to their downloads folder.
