Everytime I go to use sitebuilder it wants me to sync my files (I have a lot of them). I already use Firefox which I think is the one recommended. What can I do???

I have the same problem! Glad I'm not the only one, but sorry we're both having difficulties! I've tried Firefox and IE; I've never been able to log in successfully using Chrome.

This was a system issue that was resolved for most people, but for some it recurs. We are still looking at that. I can clear the server cache which normally allows you to get in to edit a least once. If either or both of you have urgent edits, please let me know, then log out of Homestead. I'll post back when you can try again. It might not be until tomorrow, depending on when you read this and reply.

Ok. Give it a try anytime. Keep in mind it isn't consistent. It may not work, or it may work just once or twice. Please wait to log in until you know you are going to edit. I will be around to do some more tomorrow if you need me.

I was editing fine but then got logged out a while ago due to inactivity. Now I am caught in the synchronize loop. When looking at the local file every file has a 500 internal server error. Too many files to click on. Site is bhprospecting, www.blackbillsprospectingclub.com . The website comes up fine, just cannot edit the site with sitebuilder. Clearing cache does nothing.

2cmspencer, Try again when you get a chance. First clear the browser, then log in to Homestead and launch Sitebuilder.

JOHN5471,

Give it a try again when you can. Try Firefox first and see if you have better luck.

cathy1172, Give it a try now. I have cleared it. I do advise downloading Firefox and not using Safari

Hi Drew, I'm still having the same issue. I just logged out and logged back in using Firefox. My web site is www.longshoreconsulting.com. I agree it's super frustrating. My edits needed are making me look unprofessional which is disappointing.

Ok Missy5426, You should be able to get in now, but you may see the error again and we will need to clear it. Engineers are working on a permanent fix.
