Problem printing shipping labels in BigCommerce with DYMO LabelWriter 4XL

Hi, I just bought the DYMO LabelWriter 4XL with my Endicia account.  I thought it would be very easy to just plug it in and print 4x6 shipping labels.
 
I am unable to print a label the proper size.  Either it is tiny, or pieces of it come out in many labels.
 
What am I doing wrong?  I've tried several print settings.  I'm sure someone else must have had this problem.  Shouldn't choosing the 4x6 label option from the BC shipping screen be enough?

Please, is there anyone out there that can advise me or suggest who I can turn to?  I cannot get support from the BigCommerce community because I am a Homestead customer and I do not have a support PIN.

Hi Robert, In this case you would contact Endicia directly for support. Bigcommerce does not support the 3rd party apps. I do know that a common cause for this is not having no phone number in the store profile.
