When I try to download a new image to replace an old one, an error message tells me only alphanumeric file names are acceptable. I'm confused because my file name is does not include any other characters. I have never had a problem with this before, although I haven't tried to do it on my new computer with Windows 10. Is that having any effect?

If there is a space in the file name that will also throw the error message.

Thanks, but removing the spaces didn't help. I'm still getting the same error message. I've never had this problem in 5 years.

Can you provide the exact file name?

It was originally He'll Never Know #2. When I first got the error message, I removed the #. Next, I removed the 2. Finally, I removed the spaces to say He'llNeverKNow. I got the same error message every time. I've added and changed images many times before without a problem.

Remove the apostrophe.

Thank you. That solved the problem. When I added the original images a few years ago, I didn't have to remove the apostrophes, so I didn't consider that.
