For last few days, when I try to save a change I see error: "It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we were unable to submit your A Record, CNAME, MX and TXT Record changes at this time. Please ensure that the records you are attempting to submit are valid and try again later. "  There is NO indication on status page that there is an issue.  PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

I do see that I get there error message when I try to edit DNS from the logged in account as well. We will put in a ticket to discover the cause of this issue and fix it.
In the meantime, if you can provide the CNAME and I will get it updated on our end for you.

Hello,

If you want to redirect pookelachurch.com to http://140580.b14ucc.com  this would not be done via DNS settings, you can edit the sub domain pointing option to other URL and put http://140580.b14ucc.com  in the field.
