I recently need some additional help with my ecommerce store which was with an outside provider. Homestead realized they needed to work on some background technical matters and said they would notify me when the problem was corrected. They did just that! They worked as quickly as they could and within a few days I was up and running. And, YES they even remembered to let me know all was well. I love Homestead's support and their freedom of page design. Thank you!!
