Position and size functions will not let you click into box and highlight anymore. It looks like you are not in the box, but when you press backspace on keyboard, then it changes. Is this a new setting/function or is it being modified? This is also the same when in Link for a URL. You can no longer tab or click into box to highlight and remove. You can only use arrows on keyboard to move and backspace key to delete. This is increasing time in editing.

Hi Jeff4036,

I see most of your elements are locked in position and size.  You will not be able to change those numbers until you uncheck the lock box.

Thanks

Drew

No, Drew. It doesn't have to do with the Lock function. When the lock function is disabled you cannot see your cursor in the box for the X/Y coordinates, nor in the URL portion of the Link function. You used to be able to click in the box and highlight the content. This is no longer the case. It is confusing at best and making changes more difficult. Please advise if this is a new feature or is currently being fixed and therefore working differently.

Ok, I'll take another look.  What browser are you using?

Hi Jeff4036,

It's not something we changed on our end.  It might be something in Chrome.  It does work, but what is happening is that the highlight color is white, so you can't tell what is highlighted.

I will report this to the developers.  In the short time, you can try Firefox or Internet Explorer.  I tested IE and the highlight worked as it should.

Thanks

Drew
