Why did you not notify us in advance of necessary changes to email settings? I couldn't access email on my iPhone, so I went to your website to learn of the changes. It would have been much better service if you had notified us of EXACTLY when that change would take place. I did get an email from you....in my SPAM folder! and it was sent AFTER the change had been made and I couldn't access the email! Not too bright. Plus, a few people who I exchange emails with are now going into Spam, which I can only see on my phone. Frustration continues.

This does not answer the question. I got a notification email this morning, which is the same day the email was converted. I have spent all morning trying to figure it out.

I don't have any folders at all.. not even trash, spam, sent..can anyone tell me where to find them?

I had already tried that..there is nothing there..Just an icon that says folders and when I click it, nothing happens.

Just got notification that the migration is done. If there were any emails in the old system they should now appear in the folders. Be sure to click on the "inbox" and expand it open to see the sub-folders.

I can't figure out how to limit the number of emails saved so I don't go over storage. There seems to be no setting for that.

There is not a setting. That would mean that the system would decide which email were deleted automatically. As we don't know the importance of your various emails and which ones you want to keep, you will need to make those decisions and delete emails yourself when necessary.
