I want to cancell all services under homestead but your link is not working. Please assist in cancellation and I do not want to see any billing come this 6th of the month which is my cycle date. Thank you

We are aware of the current issue with the cancel button. We can assist you with this. Just to confirm, this will not only take down your site, but your two email addresses as well. You want the whole account closed?

So, I do want to make sure this account is cancelled properly. First, I can see your domain name is still registered with Homestead, so if you plan to continue using that, I recommend either not completely cancelling your Homestead account or transferring your domain out. Second, we should put a cancellation through BigCommerce on our end, so you can call and have them reactivate the store on their end. That way you don't have to rebuild the store.

We can definitely do that, we would just need to downgrade to domain only hosting. Have you already called BigCommerce to have them pick the store up on their end?

I seem to be having the same problem as a few others with cancelling my account. I press OK to confirm cancellation but nothing happens.

I can definitely help with this. Just to confirm, your site will stop working and your domain, when it comes up for expiration, will not renew and will be available for someone else to purchase. Is that all acceptable?

It does not look like your account is set to close. I can definitely help, but I do want to make sure that you no longer need the domain divinebydesignfloralaz.com, the email connected to the domain, or any of the pictures/files that were uploaded into the site you built with us?

I fill in the information on the cancel page, press the next button, press the cancel button and it does nothing. We no longer need this site. The business was sold. Please stop billing us. Thank you
