We are aware of the current issue with the cancel button. We can assist you with this. Just to confirm, this will not only take down your site, but your two email addresses as well. You want the whole account closed?

May I ask what is the reason you are looking to cancel your account with Homestead?

We can definitely do that, we would just need to downgrade to domain only hosting. Have you already called BigCommerce to have them pick the store up on their end?

I can definitely help with this. Just to confirm, your site will stop working and your domain, when it comes up for expiration, will not renew and will be available for someone else to purchase. Is that all acceptable?
Do you have any feedback on what is causing you to leave Homestead?

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHY DOES YOUR BUTTON NOT WORK? Everybody coming here has the same problem. If the button isnt going to work why do you pretend to offer the service. Please verify that my account is indeed cancelled and I will not be charged further.

It does not look like your account is set to close. I can definitely help, but I do want to make sure that you no longer need the domain divinebydesignfloralaz.com, the email connected to the domain, or any of the pictures/files that were uploaded into the site you built with us?

This is a very bad problem for a website provider. Why has this not been fixed over the last 4 weeks that your customers have been having this problem?
The shady "cancel account" button is not working on my account either.
