I am having the same problem - it doesn't appear that the Cancel button is working and when I look at the Account setting there is no way to tell is the account is closed! Please confirm that it was been closed.

George1103, As I said above, despite the error the account is set to close before the next billing.
I want to cancel my account but when I hit the cancel account button I get a message that there is a server error and to try later. This is always the answer, I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CANCELLED AND ALL CHARGES STOPPED.

I am trying to cancel my account. The link provided does not work. I want to cancel and stop all charges. I am using my account summary. I tried several times using Safari and Chrome and the link, in the last page ("Yes, Cancel My Account" button) does not work. Nothing happens.

Nothing needed to be done on my end, it worked when you did it and is set to close before your next bill date on 07/25/2018. I did prompt an email to be sent out.

I have tried cancelling my account, but on the last confirmation page, the button labeled "Yes, Cancel My Account" does not work!  Upon inspecting the source, I see an anchor tag with an id property, but no href to make it a clickable link.

I have transferred out my domain to another registrar and I have everything working on that end.  All that's left is to have this account closed out.  Thank you.

I can definitely close the account. Just to confirm, you no longer need the pictures or files you have on your website, and you no longer wish to keep your domain name? Once the domain expires, it will become available for someone else to purchase.
