Phone Support & Lengthy Time on Hold

Just curious why your hold times have been so long this month. My average hold has been around 20 minutes before I speak with a tech. Last week had to give up one of my calls after holding for 25 minutes.

Sorry for the long hold times. You are welcome to post questions here and we'll answer them as quickly as we can. Our phone volumes have been pretty high due to some new product launch/transitions that we are going through.

Hello after I huing on for over an hr I got through then Dave put me on hold and never came back didn"t even try to contact me. This is uncalled for. now I am on hold again for another two hrs. ready to throw up.

I can't get through either. I have an obsolete email that needs changed. I have changed in on homestead but the information needs to be forwarded to bigcommerce so I can reset my password. That's all I need and I have been on hold for an hour. Really??
