Currently the website is not displaying the ssl or security certificate. In order to active the BigCommerce ssl you can follow the steps in this article. If you would like further assistance with the process you can contact support at 1800-710-1998 Mon-Fri 6am-5pm MST.

It seems there may have been an issue with where a verification email was sent. Is this an active email address you have access to bbpd@md.metrocast.net? Also, would you be willing to create a user account so we can log in.
