I uploaded a WORD file.  When I view it looks very good.  This file is for my clients to download and fill out and hand it to me in person.  The majority of the time, when I received the "paperwork"  it lacks consistency.  More times than not the paperwork does not look like I see when I downloaded it.  Instead the pages are intertwined and the top writing is at the bottom, and so forth.  I am thinking I need to convert Word to PDF?  But why should I have to.  Any suggestions to help me solve my problem.

Hello,

Our builder doesn't change the file at all, so if the file isn't displaying properly, that has more to do with the computer it was pulled up in. You can definitely try converting it to a PDF to see if that appears better. This might be happening because not everyone has Word on their computer, so the formatting is off. PDF is more universal.
