PayPal Standard in BigCommerce

I just recently switched the Store Checkout from PayPal Express to PayPal Standard (purpose to ensure Customer acknowledges and agrees to Terms of Service during Checkout which is bypassed in Express).

New Order #4377 came in with PayPal Payment and several 'odd' things occurred:
  • emails scheduled for notifications including Admin copy received two copies of each
  • Admin dashboard defaulted to 'Awaiting Payment' rather than the usual 'Awaiting Fulfillment' (even though Payment Notification from PayPal was received and shown in Account there) - I manually changed it to 'Awaiting Fulfillment' after confirming Payment
So I am not certain if this is a 'typical' behavior or something is incorrect?

Also any suggestions/input from BC on PayPal Checkout without losing 'Terms of Service' acknowledgement during Checkout would be helpful.

FYI - another transaction with PP Standard came in without issue and defaulted to 'awaiting fulfillment' - Customer did create an Account but do not think that is what changed the issue. Just thought I would bring it up.

So one order only has come in awaiting fulfillment? the next came in correctly? Have you received another?
