I am trying to change my email address in my Paypal Express Checkout Settings in my Bigcommerce site and it won't let me.  How am I supposed to change it.  I have funds a customer paid me but it won't transfer to my paypal account.

With Paypal Express, you must disconnect the processor and then set it up again with the new email address.

Thank you for the information. So I got it set up with paypal and now when I try to recapture the funds that my customer paid me I am getting an error.  This is so frustrating.

If they were charged and Paypal is holding funds but not putting them in your Paypal account, then you will need to speak with Paypal. Are you able to contact the customer to see if the money was removed from their account?
