I changed the charge for my service from $75 to $100. But my customers are only being charged the old amount: $75. I repasted the paypal html code and still no change. I opened a ticket with tech support at Paypal and was advised to delete the current paypal button and create a new one but make sure that it is "unhosted" by unchecking the the box for "Save this button at paypal". I tried this and there is no box to uncheck.

It appears as though you have 2 very similar pages. In the editor, look at the pages called appointments and purchase. The page called purchase is the one I found easily on the live site, and it still shows $75

I double checked this and the"purchase" page is not published... I just deleted it. The "appointments" page has the problem... I still need help. In addition to this problem I found that when I opened the box to paste html code for the button I couldn't save the paste. I was stuck with the code box open and no way to close it/save it--I had to use the back arrow to leave the page. Sorry for the redundancy with my same comment below... I am not sure of the best way to respond. I am most grateful for your kind help

No problem. So the purchase page was the one on the site that was being used. If you try to click on the links that say Schedule a reading, they now go to a page not found. If you look at the URL it is purchase.html. So you can rename the appointments page to purchase, or update the links to point to the appointments page

Not a problem at all. Just so we get it straight.
