Payments are not able to be processed on my website currently

My customers keep receiving an error that states the problem is being worked on but they are not able to make a payment, when they are trying to pay with credit card. How soon with this be corrected?

Hello,

You do not have ecommerce on your account, so I cannot see a store page. What payment buttons are you having trouble with? Also, what page is this payment option on?

Is it a specific product that people are getting this error with? I am not able to replicate this issue. At what point exactly (when you click check out, logging into paypal, when you click to pay, adding to cart) are they experiencing this error?

This is the response I got... she said it happens After I check the class that I want which is the New$65 webinar and click add to cart it comes up. I do not know if it happens with other products or if it is just this one.

It doesn't look like there is a product attached to that button. You would need to log into your builder, click on that button, and assign an item to sell. Right now, it just says Select a Product.
