I have created a password protected webpage on our site and am having issues logging in. I have no problem logging in with multiple computers, but my boss and a few customers are having problems. When they enter the password and click submit, the site starts "thinking" but never advances.

The website is: http://www.longrangellc.com/downloads

The password is: 566472643

Any help would be appreciated.

I am able to load into that page pretty fast with the password. When was the last time you made a publish?

I updated the page this morning. It seems to be only one computer here at the shop, but we also have a customer who is having the same issue. Makes me think it is something on their end, but don't have any suggestions to get around it.

The computer you said this is affecting, can you try loading the website and page with an Incognito window with your browser?

I will give that a shot and let you know what happens.

So, we saw the same thing in an incognito window, but we downloaded Google Chrome and it went through fine. There is something wrong with that particular machine's Internet Explorer. I guess we will just suggest that customers use a different browser.

Thanks! Not sure why some people are having issues.

Let us know if you see any more reports of this, and what browser they are using if you can.

Using Explorer and the password won't work, but it works fine with Chrome.

THANK YOU for giving us this feature back!!
