I transferred my domain in October and am still getting billed. I need my account cancelled immediately and I want a refund for the months where I received no service. Please contact me asap. This is in regards to eatrightatlanta.com. This has been a terrible experience as the site was always down and I can never reach anyone.

Hello,

Looking at the historical data for your domains, one of them is no longer registered through Homestead, but I can only see that was done one month ago. The other domain on your account is still registered with Homestead and has still been pulling your site up.
If we just cancel your account, that domain will no longer renew when it comes up for expiration. We do not micromanage accounts, so we would have needed to be told that you wanted your account cancelled, it doesn't happen automatically when a domain is transferred.
If you no longer need that domain on your account, or your site, I can certainly cancel your account today to make sure you are not billed again tomorrow.
