Outlook email receive problems - Client email information

Here is my clients email information that you requested. They can send but cannot receive emails through Outlook 2007. The outgoing port is 587. See incoming below.

newpatient@westlakedentalcare.com
ISP(Internet Service Provider): Earthlink
Security Software used on the computer: Nortons antivirus
Operating System (type "winver" in the run or search bar after hitting the "Start" button): windows 7 professional
Email software(include version): Outlook 2007
When the problem started: April 14 2013
Action taken: Changed incoming port from 110 to 995. did not work.

I need a list of step to give to my client to try.

Is your outlook setup for POP3 or IMAP

For POP3
Check the SSL Box First
Incoming Server Port 995

For IMAP
Check the SSL Box First
Incoming Server Port 993

James thanks for the help. It turned out to be a encryption setting in Outlook that needed to be changed. A lot of my clients were running Outlook 2007 and due to the recent hacking/blacklist problem Homestead must have change the settings on their end but forgot to mention this would be a problem for Outlook 2007 users.
So far all of my clients are back up and running.

My office oulook was set up and working fine for months, one day, april 4th, it stopped sending and receiving. it never gets past outlook asking for my password to log in to homestead. my email in ipad and phone have not been affected using the same information. my business is at a standstill. the above port information did not solve the problem.
