Receiving’ reported error (0x80042108): Outlook cannot
connect to your incoming (POP3). If you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or internet service provider

No problem using Internet, it looks the problem is on the E-mail services.

Same problem here. Now I cannot log in via the WEBMAIL link directly from the Homestead site

cannot access any of my 4 homestead email accounts.   POP3 and IMAP time out, and webmail site isn't even available at all.  
 I have no problems with other websites, or other non-homestead email accounts so it's definitely a homestead email issue

Same here. It's their problem and they don't answer the phone or e-mails. !!!!!!!!!
