Outlook App: Not Receiving Email/Doesn’t Like PW

It keeps asking me to enter my password. I even changed my pw to ensure I was entering a
correct one. It still keeps saying I’ve entered an incorrect username or pw. What is going on???

Log out > F5 to clear your browser history > use chrome or firefox browser > try again.

Hello,

I would recommend verifying all settings are entered correctly. If the app auto fills any password fields remove what is there and manually type in the password to make sure it is the correct one.

Thank you. I’ve done all this to no avail. I even deleted my email and re-added it; still won’t work.

When the settings are entered, are the servers showing imap.homestead.com and smtp.homestead.com?

To avoid posting your information publicly, I would recommend calling into support and we can verify you are using the correct log in credentials.

Im having the exact same issue. It's related to the server certificate issue which they claim to have fixed... but not entirely so... BTW I'm using the Outlook mobile app on Android, latest version.

The issue has been resolved. Have you tried removing the email account and re-adding it to the app?

I don't receive my emails still, I changed all settings, as you advised above, no luck, it says wrong password, but i don't see option for password reset....
