Outgoing Email Stuck: It will work after emails update which takes along time, i've already cleaned out my box, but the server status does not work

And i've already read the article and post and reset and restarted ten times. It does not work

Unfortunately, outside of giving the proper settings for the connection to work and trying typical troubleshooting like restarting the computer, we cannot troubleshoot Outlook. Roundcube is working, which means our mail is functional. It seems to be an issue specific to Outlook, possibly from a recent update, that is causing some people to not be able to send mail. I would contact support for Outlook regarding this. In the meantime, Roundcube is available for you to use.
